We obtain personal information through three primary pathways:
Directly From You: When you complete our webforms, request an insurance quote, contact customer support, participate in surveys, or communicate with our virtual assistants.
Automatically Collected Data: Collected via cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, clear GIFs, and embedded scripts when you interact with our digital channels or emails.
From Third Parties: Received from commercial data providers, marketing agencies, consumer reporting bureaus (to obtain driving records or credit scores as permitted by law), and Providers who report back on the disposition of your quote inquiry.

To fulfill our brokerage-matching services, we may disclose your personal information to the following categories of recipients:
Network Providers & Insurance Companies: Shared to enable them to review your profile and generate the competitive quotes or products you requested. Please note: Matched Providers handle data under their own respective privacy policies, and they may retain your information whether or not you purchase a policy from them.
Service Providers: Third-party vendors that provide business, analytical, security, cloud hosting, document management, or communications support on our explicit behalf and under written data safeguards.
Corporate Affiliates: Disclosed within our family of brands or subsidiaries to optimize across service offerings.
Legal & Government Entities: Disclosed as necessary to comply with legal mandates, regulatory audits, subpoenas, or protect the safety and rights of our users or company.
Business Successors: Transferred as an asset in connection with any merger, corporate acquisition, debt financing, asset sale, bankruptcy, or restructuring event.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Website and Services are designed strictly for adults and are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal data from children. If we discover that any personal data from a minor has been inadvertently gathered, it will be deleted immediately
